Minna has 25 years of experience on various fields of music covering all genres. She has been employed by e.g. Finnish Music Information Centre, Helsinki Festival, Kaustinen Folk Music Festival, Jazz Finland and the export office Music Finland.
Minna established internationally operating Minnamurra Music Management & Agency in 2013. Minnamurra presents jazz, folk and world music artists, e.g. Scottish Breabach and The Langan Band, Finnish fiddle duo Teho. and NFA showcasing artist Ánnámáret. Minnamurra artists have performed on all continents, played at major festivals and clubs, and showcased at e.g. WOMEX, Mundial Montreal, Seoul Music Week, Tallinn Music Week and Folkelarm. Minna has been a jury member for WOMEX and Jazzahead!, and she also offers mentoring, promotion, production, and consulting services.

Allie Silver is the founder of Free Radical Productions, a music management and consulting company. In the past ten years, Free Radical has produced and managed over 50 international tours in over 37 countries throughout Europe, the US, Africa, Asia, Oceania and Latin America at some of the most prestigious venues and festivals worldwide. Her critically acclaimed Band Therapy consulting program and workshops help artists and artist professionals from all over the world develop personalized strategies for international career development.
Allie has worked in the world music industry for over 17 years in a variety of roles, from managing ZZK Records in Buenos Aires to festival production and radio host for the Chicago World Music Festival. She has been an invited speaker at various international music conferences and universities, including the Asia Pacific Music Meeting in South Korea, THIS World Music Festival Formosa in Taiwan and a guest lecturer at Berklee College of Music Masters of Global Music and Entertainment in Valencia, Spain. She leads workshops for international organizations and government associations such as Folk Music Canada, Musika Bulegoa in Spain, and Music Pool Berlin. Allie is honored to have served as a Samurai jury member at the World Music Expo. She is the co-founder of Women of the World, a networking group for women in the world music industry.
